My two front teeth

What a catchy title for a blog post, is it related to the subject at hand...sadly no. Travis and I just got our new apartment, YAY! It's not as big as this one, but it's around $300 less. Which is a significant amount for a newly married couple. On the bright side, few people who are invited into the living room as guests will know how much smaller it is, because the living room is huge! And it has the appearance of bigger because there is a designated dining room. Cute.*said as a Ju would say it.

I was told today that I am looked up to and it made my day. Never had sister before, and I'm glad I didn't grow up with them. But it's nice to adopt some along the way. Too much drama with women. Guys, boys, men, they are pretty great. Super feminists make no sense to me. Women are not superior I promise you that. Men are simple. And that's why I'm glad I married one. How can I possibly stay upset for more than two seconds with an awesome guy like Travis around? Answer: I can't. And I won't. I am blessed with the uncanny ability to talk myself into thinking I can do anything and then actually do it. In high school this was very useful in the process of getting over silly boys. hahaha

Anniversary. The very first. Kindly enough father has hooked us up with a hotel in Denver. He has points from business trips and all that. What a sweetheart. But it'll be great. We get there Friday, order a stuffed crust pizza and 2 liter beverage (just like our honeymoon), and then Saturday morning we're going to the zoo (which we've never done before), going to a reception, and then ending our adventure with a session in the temple. And on the way home we'll swing by Jamba Juice. I am spoiled. Might sound like a boring time to SOME people, but when you're with the man of your dreams and he's so happy-go-lucky 24/7...how can you not have the time of your life? I mean we have loads of fun grocery shopping, and scrap booking. I get the odd feeling I am very easy to please.

Also highly excited to get my new hairdo. It will have highlights, and then it will be mostly gone. Hee-hee. Maybe if I really like the highlights I'll chicken out on cutting my hair, but that's unlikely. Anyone who knows me knows if I change my hair I usually drastically do so. Ah, if only I could redye my hair purple. Such a fun look, but alas. When it grew out and faded it was annoying. Mostly the fading annoyed me.

Ummm....maybe a product critique of some sort later. Maybe a recipe. I have yet to decide, but I hope to write it as Travis would write it. Silly.
